Complaints Procedure

In the unfortunate event that you need to raise a complaint, please email our customer support department outlining your complaint and your desired outcome and send this to customersupport@rasevets.com

If you are unhappy or unable to resolve the complaint with ourselves then the next step would be to contact the Veterinary Client Mediation Service on 0345 040 5834 or through their online form at www.vetmediation.co.uk.  This is a free independent service for veterinary clients in the event they are not satisfied with the response from the practice.

If mediation is unsuccessful and you wish to take your complaint further, then the final step would be to contact the RCVS on 020 7222 2001 or go to their website www.animalowners.rcvs.org.uk/concerns
